In short: At "End of priority road (sign 307)" the examiner mainly wants to see: Spot sign 307: my priority ends; Reduce speed, approach ready to brake; From here the general rules apply: right before left, unless signs or lights say otherwise; Check the crossing for further signs and markings. A severe mistake that can end the test: drive through at the same speed, I come from the priority road.
You drive on a priority road. Before a crossing is the sign “end of priority road” (sign 307). The crossing has no other signs and no traffic light. A car approaches from the right.
The examiner says„Fahren Sie bitte geradeaus weiter.“
"Please continue straight ahead."

A strong answer
I spot sign 307: my priority ends. I reduce speed and approach ready to brake. At the crossing I check for further signs and markings. If they are missing, right before left applies. I look to the right and I look left as well, and give way to the car from the right. Only then do I drive on.
What the law says
§ 42 StVO with annex 3 no. 3 (sign 307): end of priority road. Annex 3 no. 2 (sign 306): priority lasts until the next sign 205, 206 or 307. After that § 8 (1) sentence 1 StVO applies: at crossings and junctions, whoever comes from the right has priority. This does not apply when priority is specially regulated by signs (signs 205, 206, 301, 306, § 8 (1) sentence 2 no. 1 StVO). A traffic light takes precedence over all of these (§ 37 (1) StVO).
